My entire life has included sports in some form. My first time at the ballpark, I was only two weeks old. I started playing baseball at four. The Astros have been a major part of my upbringing and family’s bonding experiences. As I grew up, the rest of the Houston teams grabbed my attention. When it comes to rooting for a team, I am extremely loyal to my home teams, and only my home teams. But the idea of designing in the realm of sports is an exciting one. I’ve both played and spectated games for over 25 years. I love the grit it takes to be an athlete, the hope each fan holds throughout a season, and the community created on both ends. Trading cards are a huge part of being a fan and bringing a piece of that love into your home. Here are some manifestation project ideas.
